Wow, the first day was really hard. I realized with this detox diet "fast" that even though I was not hungry I just had the urge to munch on something. It's not about being hugry it's about eating. If this diet helps me break the habit of just wanting to eat or munch then I will have succeeded.

I have been sick with allergies and bronchitis.

Happy to weigh in. I have really stuck with it. What has really helped is that my husband is dieting too and that we do not go out to eat anymore. We have even been staying away from family gatherings.
