I'm more tired than hungry or even interested in food today.
I'm saving my appetite for tomorrow and those giant turkey legs, maybe? We're off to the Renaissance Fair. :-)
I've hardly eaten close to my total amount of calories, but I have no interest in eating food today. I think I'm overly tired. Going to sleep early tonight.

I've stayed the same weight.
Actually I'm pretty happy with that. My body today is exhausted. Waking up was a chore this morning. It's been that way all week though. Today was especially tough.
I don't know if it's because I'm still fighting a bug (I will not get sick!) or if it's from working my body as hard as I did yesterday. Swimming laps is hard! But the water aerobics was fun. I honestly didn't feel it until I got home. Then I was absolutely starving. I guess I need to eat a little something closer to the time of the class. I'll figure that out as the weeks go on.
On the good news I didn't go over my calories yesterday! Yay!! And I didn't feel like I was missing anything. I am wondering if I need that many calories anyway? I'm going to stay at this level though. For now.
I am also going to start checking my temperature every morning. Ultimately I'd like to get my metabolism back up and running again. A higher temperature generally is a sign of a higher metabolism. I don't know.
But tonight I'm going home and crawling into bed. I'm beat . . . still.
(I think I might be trying to fight something off)

My weight is going the wrong direction. I'm not dispairing, but I am thoroughly annoyed. A lot of my annoyance could be at my beautiful darling husband who was up until 2:30 in the morning. This means the TV and lights were on until I got him into bed and turned off said items. I didn't sleep well while he was up and once he went to bed I was wide awake. Ugh. So now I'm tired and crabby.
I'm a little better now that the day's half over, but it's a long way to go. I'd really rather just go home and go to bed, but there is an AWANNA celebration dinner tonight. And then I'll be home. So I'm hoping for 8:30. Hopefully he'll be in bed too.
