Ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting started. Is this really the best thing i found? Check out dr. Berg on YouTube and see for yourself. Works for me like nothing ever did

Dinner for 3 days. £6.50 total. Who said eating healthy is expensive? Kale, cabbage, avocado, cavolo nero, mushrooms, coconut.

2 weeks of "cheatin" then last week Tuesday - Friday fasting. Saturday and Sunday eating. Flund dr. Berg videos on YouTube. Everything starts to slot into place finally.
