Hi all. It is my third day using this website and I am really enjoying it. I would like to write a bit about myself to share my experiences with you.

Well, I am 32 years old living in England.

When I tell people that I am aiming to lose 9.7 kg (21 lb) they often call me crazy and say that I will "disappear". Unfortunately (or should I say fortunately?) I look slimmer when wearing my clothes. However, since I was 16 I can't wear a bikini without covering my belly and legs or without being councious of my body.

I really don't appreciate when people judges that I want to look like a skinny model. I really don't. I just want to have a health body with little fat and this is very difficult to explain with so many girls going crazy about diets because of photoshop edited pictures in magazines. I'm doing this diet because I really have some fat to lose and I know that.

My weakness is dessert... I love chocolate and dairy products. I used to eat chocolate and different types of desserts every day.

Since I started exercising last year, I feel less cravings for high calorie foods. I always think about the work that I will have to do to lose the fat again. I can see a huge improvement in my body since then, I have less celulite in my tights but still need to lose more fat and to control my diet.

My diet is based in calories counting. I am really glad that I found this tool. Feel free to add me as your friend. I will try to help you to stay on your track because I am very confident that I will stay on mine.
