It's been 6 day's since i've been on fatsecret. Weekend at mom's, work and daily chores to catch up on. And not to mention got 3 mornings of 5 mlies of jogging in. Finally! Back on target. I've been drinking more water (40oz.) Trying to continue to increase it to 75oz.

I went up in weight this week, I didn't get enough jogging in. Also, my smoothies have killed the carb intake allowed. So, for now, no smoothies.

Feeling good today! Starting to see weigh drop. No longer in a funk. I Love my Green Smoothie! Feeling energy coming back and I'm not having any promblems getting up to go exersice. This is sooo good!!
