HI! I'm doing the Atkins Diet again. I went off the diet around the holidays. It's time to get back on it. I drink veggie smoothies(I make my own, but use the ingredient chart to calulate for me.) and eat a lot of chicken, fish and eggs.
I'm 43, married and have two young adult kids. I'm very active. I like to jogg about 3-4 miles 4 days a week. I'm a Massage Therapist for 17yrs now and I've had training in Personal Training. So, I have found over the years that I like to try different healthy diets. The one that worked the best for me was Atkins.
