Tried to keep to my diet.
Started to Walk my children to school.
I need to start eating more meals a day.
Hopping to get on a better track this week.

I started in a family group last week to try and loose weight. I think I weigh more now then I ever have in my life and was doing real good last oct when I was using this website. Anyhow Here is to trying this diet thing again. There is no excuse of why I stoped dieting but lost my job and stayed home and did not get out much is one cause I guess. Anyhow back to this diet again.

I Did not concentrate on my diet that much this week..

I been thinking more of lossing my job.. and Snacking to much while I thinking..

Had a Big Turkey meal and left overs all week..
Instead of talking to people decided to get seconds..

Overall was not best week for a diet.. But enjoyed what I ate.. except.. I did not loose weight because of it nore did I stay the same.. I gained 2 pounds of what I lost last week.. Maybe it was the Pecan pie I ate that gave me a sweet tooth this week.. Just took a bit to impact me.

I counted Calories.. Realy sucked for my Birthday Mostly just ate a Pecan Pie lol...

Went For a Couple long walks.. Tried my best to keep to my diet.. My Grandmother tried to feed me chocolate.. But only had 1.. Thanksgiving was hard.. Their was lots to choose from for desert and lots a food avilable.. I took a Ok size plate did not go for seconds and skipped desert.. Then went to my mothers where she had lots a food too.. Only had a litle bit of ham and a piece of turkey.. I guess I watched what I ate.. I feel good with my progress so far.. 15 Pounds Gone 20 more to go.. Then I can re-evaluate.. and see what I want to do from their.. :-)
