My diet was going so well and I have hit this wall of not loosing nothing for sometime... It is getting very frusterating..

I still biking and following my points..
I going to try and lower my points for next week..
I hate when I stay the same..

Yeppeee I was the same for weeks and now I have lost weight again. I am still keeping to my points and biking about 3 days a week. I am glad I am back on track loosing again.

Ok.. I have no clue.. I am still the same weight for 3 weeks or so.. I have been biking eating well.. I even feel better from the biking and look better.. I am not sure why I way the same. Anyhow, I will try even harder this week.
