Just when I get my mindset right around not letting lose cos of the party...the date might need to be moved to next weekend as very bad weather is predicted for this coming weekend. But really it's no big deal I'm going to remain positive and hopeful through all of it xoxo

With the highs and lows this is a journey for me of living and learning. Before this was my thing I dont eat alot so I just can't understand why I cant lose weight. Now I can...I can eat all wrong and think nothing of it and obviously not being in a calorie deficit never allowed my body to lose weight. Also very important it's kind over matter as I am aware of my upcoming party I've freed myself of being accountable I didnt like what I saw on the scale today so I'm going to tread carefully

I'm not tracking this week as it's a really busy one with the upcoming party but I'm still on IF and quiete conscious of keeping my calories low. Yayyyy to no chips or chocs but the sips here and there of coke is showing. Tomm I plan to work out a bit and be as good as I can.

Same weight I wasn't expecting a drop as I didn't track yesterday I wasn't as good cos i had 2 tumblers of Coke but none of the usual junkies of chips and chocolates. No exercise either but I was on my feet for most of the day pressure cleaning the yard so that should count for something. I'm really close to my first goal of 80kgs. I'm concerned as I'm hosting my nephews 1st birthday party at my house but I will be as good as I can in the week I know I wont have much time to exercise but whatever happens I will reset and get back at it xoxo

Soooooo yesterday I had a busy day and stay hydrated for most of it on water and rooibos tea I was so busy buy it was easy to remember my intake which comprised of an apple a motocross bun with flora extra light margarine an a cappuccino with a dash of milk and 2 sweeteners. Late in the afternoon I had 2 slices low gi seeded brown bread, yellow potatoe fry and 3 lamb sausages. In 2 weeks there has been nice dropping on numbers on the scale. Yes I have a long way to go but my journey has definitely started xoxo
