I'm usually a disaster during weekends and although I did over indulge I'm still at a loss on the scale than when I started. I'm very determined this week to bring my numbers down. I GOT THIS!!!

No weigh in today as I dont want to be disappointed rather accept that I had a bad weekend and move on. I'm determined to get to 80 this week...will give it my best shot xoxo

IF and restricting calories with little exercise is great for dropping the pounds until you mess up with junk. I can be so good the whole week and mess up terribly from Friday through to Sunday but I'm not giving up I'm going to do this...cant wait to get to my 70s after all I am a 70s baby.

As the saying goes...we live and learn. From making such good progress to now seen some of the weight gained back from pigging out. I will continue to IF and restrict my calories. My ultimate weight is to be in my mid 60s but I've set little goals of 5kgs at a time. Will do a short HIIT morning workout in a faster state.

I had a fairly good day yesterday and then hubby buys me cake and chocolate yet again which he just did so on Monday as well. Then I go on to stuff my face with practically half of a big packet of flings chips. No excuses though from intermittent fasting today I will attempt OMAD my aim is to keep my calories to maximum 1000 or under. I ain't giving up...really hoping to move into the 70s by next week xoxo
