Very disappointed at the scale this morning. I was really good yesterday, 2 eggs for breakfast, Subway for lunch (chicken, flatbread), and a salad at Friendlies for dinner. So I was surprised to see the scale up from yesterday (forgot to record, but yesterday was 223.1).
Maybe I'm getting close to TOM, I never keep track of those things. Hope so. Going out to lunch today with work (boss's treat), so will probably splurge a bit there - I'll just have to have a small dinner.

got to the gym this morning, started PT for my knee. Better about my food yesterday, saw it on the scale today. Now to just keep at it!. Would love to be back in the sub-220's by this time next week.

I did well during the day, then lost it at night - ate 3 pieces of pizza and two brownies. I know I cannot do that and lose weight, but the pizza tasted so good!
Going to be better today - planning on Subway for dinner, I can get flatbread/chicken sub

I got a new scale - the old one would fluctuate up to 3 lbs when weighing in, and I knew it was weighing me high. So it is in the trash. New one weighs at .1 lbs increments, and seems to fluctuate about .5 lbs.
Still want to get sub-200 by my birthday, March 27th.
