OK darn speech to text. I’m not spreading my feet around, I am spreading my food around. 😂 I suppose I would spread my feet around if I would start the exercises. Ha ha soon…

No stomach pain for the last couple of days. And not today either. I switched from four meals a day to six I just spreading my feet out into two meals. I think that’s not the stomach and I lost 2 pounds pretty much overnight. I am catching a bug. I’m hoping it’s not bad because there’s nothing worse for my stomach intestinal issues in the bug. Puts me behind in three months in pain.

Stomach pain probably from the brown rice. Did some research and it looks like there are much better benefits to eating six times a day rather than four. I will not be adding extra meals but will take part of my meal and spread it out to two meals. Perhaps this will let the digestive system work better.

First day on phase 2 of Dr. Phil’s diet. I feel myself being a little panicky over the extra two or 300 cal a day. I’m still under 1500 but it makes me nervous. Probably because of the QuickStart. Stomach has not hurt too bad today. We will see since we are adding these foods. It took nine days of phase 1 before my stomach settle down enough to eat anything else.

Pain had settled but full last night and tonight bc of eating no diet food. No choice, I was not in a position of having my food with me. I will remember next time! Other than that, my stomach is starting to feel good and bowel movements are getting to some sense of normal.
