Not able to sleep so have been reading “everyone” comments. I’m so impressed with the weight loss so many are experiencing. It’s giving me hope. I’ve also read the struggles and weight gains and I totally feel them. It’s good to see so much honesty on this website. 💖💖

Must.have. Cheeseburger and fries. I went to the local café so at least it would be real food. Fast food kills me now. tomorrow I have to start phase 1 of 2020 again so against Dr. Phil, I had my cheeseburger and fries. I am not going to lie, it was absolutely delicious. But, it hurt from the first bite. Stomach hurt really bad going down. And this morning I feel overweighted and like crap. I obviously cannot eat Beef with IBS. But at least it was delicious. 😂😳🙄😜😉🤪😫

Off of strict diet last couple of days. Needed a little break but tried to at least not go overboard. No weight gain. Back to it now. Phase 2 of Dr Phil 20/20.
