Mum's illness and passing has had a huge impact on my life over the last 4 months.

My ability to monitor my food intake has been very poor and I've been eating far too much bread and sweet stuff.

Although I haven't said my final goodbye yet (the funeral on 10 Jan) I am determined to get back to this.

We have a lot of Xmas chocolates left and will need to be careful but we have a holiday in 7 weeks so need to lose some weight before we go. Swimming starts this week so hope that helps too.

Been looking after my mum for the last 2 weeks, so I haven't given a thought to my diet.....calorie counting out of the window.

Mum comes first and she gets my attention until she doesn't need it anymore😣😢

Weekend away in Edinburgh so diet was forgotten and then home to become a carer for mum.

Can't concentrate on counting calories....this is all going Pete Tong!!!😢😢😢
