Finally back under 12 stone. I have been trying keep to my 1300 cal target but it is difficult at times. Now I need to get more walking into my daily routine

No weigh in today, but wanted to update. I've been really good this week with food intake and making sure I get a walk in....even if its only a half hour dog walk.
Only put 3-4 pounds on during our month long cruise which is amazing as the food was good. Now I need to get a few pounds off over the next 8 weeks so that I can get an outfit for the wedding in June.
