Well this morning I talked myself out of spending all kinds of money. And tomorrow I will be pretty much at the half way point for paying off my horrible high interest credit card. But I'm going to be out another 320 for a new windshield and a wax. It's a never ending battle. I weighed myself today and somehow was back to 168 maybe I should get my scale checked out. I had the opportunity to go to the gym but I did not. I should have. I couldnt sleep again last night was up til almost one and woke up at 4. But no biggie I'll try really really hard to get some streches in today so I can work the hip which feels oddly different everyday. Yey for a plan for a plan for a plan.

Pretty unhappy last night weighed myself and I was back to 170 somehow. But no matter. I had already noticed that something was off. Got up this morning and went to the gym to swim but the pool was packed. Luckily I had brought all the things I needed to use the treadmill so I decided to face it even though that is the gym where I messed up my hip. It went very well, I stayed on for 35 minutes went up in pace and my hip feels better just have to keep on moving. Hopefully I will lose some of the weight I gained back but in the meantime I am finally getting back on track.

Its time. I haven’t charged anything else up on the credit cards I've been paying off but it’s been rough living on 45-20 dollars a week after bills and borrowing from savings accounts and therefore getting more backed-up. Everything will work itself out but it’s not fun. In light of my persistence I have decided to rev up the exercise routine again. The hip still hurts and I was told it is due to my posture. So here’s the new plan. Stretch a few times a week, strength training 2x a week, cross train once a week and get 30 mins of aerobic every day (my standbys are swimming and walking. I'm at the 170/160s threshold again and I do not want to go back to the 170s but rather inch towards 159 so here’s to hoping and being persistent. I'll be gentler with the messed up hip but still work out. Working it out to make it stronger will probably do nothing but good. And then I can get back into trying to run.

I am really excited. Last time I got big 167 was the weight where I decided I had gotten too big and decided to do something about it. I planned a Spring Break trip to California and started to lose weight. I got down to 153 and a size 10. It was the best I had ever looked in my adult life. My stomach was even nicely shaped. Crazyness happened and I eventually got down to 146 and a size 6 which was just nutty. After that my weight got back into the 160's and stayed there. That is until I moved and it just climbed. This time I got up 180 which made me cry and break down and decide it was time to get back down to that nice 153 weight I had loved so much. I am now back at 167 and it hadnt really hit me until I saw my weight loss progress that I have come a long way. Yes I still have a long way to go I'm at that awkward stage where the bottom is small and the belly still bulges but it looks nothing like it did at 180. Hopefully I'll figure out what that pain is in my leg and get back on track but for now I have stuck to eating right which luckily coincides with my new frugal, paying off all my debts attitute. I feel great today. I could not be happier. :)
