No more excuses. My hip still hurts and I need to know if its going to keep hurting or not but for now I'm moving on it. I ran the 1st installement of the 5k to couch again and yesterday missed out due to illness tonight I want to do the pool thing and maybe the treadmill if I'm feeling up to it. I'd like to be 10 pounds ligther by the end of April, if I'm jobless at least I'll feel pretty. Lol. And really it would be nice to be more fit in time for summer.

I have not been kind to myself lately. Good news is I fit into my old size 12 work pants. The bad news is I havent exercised a lot at all. With work stress its been really hard. I can feel it too the anxiety and what not is back. Good news is that I also paid off my high interest credit card. More bad news its getting harder and harder to plan good meals. I'm hoping the stress from work will subside but who knows. If I dont have a job a month from now I will be spending alot of time in the gym so I guess thats a plus side. I dunno what to think but the house buying isnt going well either. It's just all so blah. At least I have maintained the weight loss. That alone is something to celebrate.

The trying to work out despite the crazy work schedule thing isnt going so well. I'm really trying to stay motivated since I only have 14 pounds to go thats really nothing compared to where I started. The credit card is below a 1000. And the house thing isnt going so well which was a major bummer. Work is going better but knowing I may be out of a job soon is no fun either. I dunno I'm going to try to keep trucking. On the plus side I'm focusing back on the good eating habits and that seems to have been helping me from sliding back up to 170 that at the very least is something. So heres to trying. I'm hoping I can work out at least twice a week if not three times and reach my goal weight by the end of April or early May. Here's to wishing hoping and hopefully keeping to do something about it.
