Dark purple last night! Tomorrow is weigh in day for me.
It still amazes me that eatting this richly is making me healthier and feeling so much better.
I went to bad late, woke up at 2:30 and couldn't get back to sleep. I ended up on couch reading a book and I think finally feel asleep after 4:30 till about 7. Have my daughter's last ever track meet, unless she makes state... should be a great day.

According to my new and old scale I hit the 20 lbs lost today! Yippee! Now I have another 36 to go. My short term goal is another 6 lb loss before June 3...
Crazy morning. My husband had his national certification test and forgot his wallet. We have been married 26 yrs and I have never known him to do that! So... drive like a mad woman 25 minutes to get that to him, come home, finish getting dressed and onward to my contact fitting.
I hope this is a successful week for everyone!

Had a wonderful family breakfast...just ate a bit later than normal. Hubby and son are going out and I am taking my daughter for an outting. We are going to lunch (probably a nice salad for me), maybe get her nails done (she wasn't invited to her senior prom which was last night), and maybe shopping. It is a beautiful day out (sorry Jill for your rain, thought it is good for the plants!). Looking forward to some precious time with my daughter....all too soon to be gone in the Air Force!

Beautiful day in central coast CA. Spending day with hubby running errands and just hanging.
WOE is going great. Ketosticks are turning darker and I have learned to check them about 8pm.
Back is hurting today but got the house dusted and straightened.
Grilling korean style ribs tonight...yum with some herbs on them!
Beautiful day to be alive!
