Well, I got ill and stuff and had bad food. Now I am on Day 5 of slim thigh challange and have also been weight training. Fingers crossed. Hope I will see changes soon. Cheers!

There was even more confusion, my exams were scheduled then they got cancelled. So, in all this I couldn't track my calories, nor could I exercise much. And yes, the weight gain is real, I did gain 1.5kgs. Now, I feel its not very easy to maintain afterall as I had not overdone anything as such. Anyway, there is no point whining. I need to loose another 5kgs and I am gonna do that. And then, I have to keep working hard to maintain it. And I think I will do it better this time.
Starting the 25 days slim thigh by Chloe Ting. And also some exercises with weights. Yay! I got my weights.

steady weight

Okay its been days. Things have gone bad and can get worse. I was kinda constant at 58.5kg. Suddenly, I saw this spike, might be water weight and would go away I would say. Time for some more calorie counting, cant guarantee on the workout part, but yes, surely 15 minutes a day. I will not be on severe restriction because I have done that so much and I dont want to. So, think 1400 calories it will be. Lets just hope I can knock those last few pounds off.
