Yaaay! Lost again. I have been doing Emi Wong flat lower belly challange and also add one Lily Sabri exercise most of the days. Nice week. Gotta keep up the good work.
Measurements:-
Chest- 36 inches
Waist- 30.5 inches
Lower belly- 36 inches
Hips- 39 inches
Arm- 11 inches
Thigh (thickest part)- 23.5 inches

Well, the point is there is no point whining. I took one rest day but then there came 2 days where I couldn't workout despite wanting to. And It was Diwali. So, my diet plan was altered too. I really need to get back on track, so I am starting the Emi Wong Flat lower belly in 15 days challange, today. Wish me luck.
My measurements:-

Lower belly- 36.3 inches
Thickest part of thigh- 23.6 inches

It was a really messy week. I took literally 1 full rest day and 2 half rest days. I actually appreciate the loss. This week's schedule posted here to keep me motivated:-
Everday for 6 days:-
1. Emi Wong 10mins Tabata HIIT
2. Loose fat in 7 days (belly, waist, abs) 5mins Lilly Sabri
3. Loose muffin top in 10 days 10mins Lilly Sabri
4. Loose thigh fat in 14 days 10mins Lilly Sabri
5. Loose lower belly pooch 10 mins Rachel Gullota
I know none of the claims of abs and thighs are feasible, but I think its quite wholesome and I want to stick to a single plan for 6 days straight. Infact, I think I will do the exercises 2, 3 and 4 for as many days as expected. Okay, thats the plan.

Finally, I think broke through my plateu (kinda). And also, I am glad to say that I reached my weight goal for the month and also reached healthy BMI. Yaaay.
All I did was being a bit easy on me. For 2 days I just went with my mom walking to nearby places, helping her in running errands. And for 2 days I did a bit of aerobics with some resistance training. And I did 1 day of strength training. I also ate a bit more and was not very strict with my diet this weak. Infact, thrice I got restaurant cooked mushroom curry, had biriyani twice and even had 5 momos yesterday.
All in all a really enjoyable week. I think I was pushing myself too much, so my body was not budging. Now it did, and I will be back on my exercises, having Lily Sabri's exercises and some HIITs planned this week, but I will add an apple to my diet. And to those who follow me, I dont have jeera water. I had it just for 2 days.

Losing 1.2 kg a Week

My weight loss has really slowed down since 3 weeks. I dont know if this is a plateu. To be honest, I am upset, but I also know I haven't done anything wrong and I am not torturing myself. I just want to lead a healthier life and I think I am right on track for that. Today, I am going to complete Emi Wong 28days challange. Yaaayyy! I did interchange a few days, but eventually I am completing in 4 weeks.
This week, I have planned to add an apple to my diet, since I have no fruits in my diet. And also, add jeera (cumin) water in my day (mostly in the evening, before my workout). And rest, let me just not think very much. Even If I am not loosing weight, I am getting healthier and I hope soon, I will reach my goal weight too.
