Today is Day one of a new challenge and I am hoping it will help me stay on course and FINALLY lose some weight. I have been following Atkins (but not religiously) and am frustrated that I am not seeing results. Lets hope this challenge will help.
I am also committing to drinking 100 oz. of water each day and exercise every other day (minimum!!)

Very frustrated by the fact that I am not losing weight. I have been faithfully recording foods and getting exercise. I thought when I gave up alcohol for lent that I would see at least a few pounds loss, but NO! Which goes to show that was a pointless effort. Wine will be returning to my diet for certain.
I am uncertain about which way to continue. I cannot see making this much effort low carb wise with no measurable return. I am beginning to ponder other options.
