I was feeling rather foolish running (I have NEVER run before.) But today I discovered that taking the dog was the answer! She is happy to run with me!!

so yesterday was a busy day and I wasn't all that hungry.
I never did eat lunch so brought it home and had it for dinner.
Ate two cookies at the concert then had a plate full of goodies at the parents party.
I am not ashamed or disappointed.
Off to the farmers market!

Frustration has been mounting as an entire month with no weight loss has occured.
Last night I had a total melt down! Ate a KitKat, a bag (single portion)of M&Ms and a Cadbury Creme egg. Washed them down with wine and Baileys!
Today I will try again.

Weight up 1.5 pounds today. I have been doing this for months! Back and forth between 207 and 211 pounds. Aaaaarrrrgggghhhhhh!

so I tried running tonight. The second time in 2 years I have begun this effort.
I am following the challenge and so tgried to do the walk 2 min run 1 mmin. rotation.
I was not successful but gave it all I had. I walked when I could not run. Shins are very sore!
