Here’s to one month of FS! When I first started, the first couple of days were HARD. I mean extremely hard. I was shocked at how many sneaky calories were making their way into my diet. I was tempted on many occasions to not log everything...but let me tell you something. It does get easier. Thanks FS for helping me on my journey to becoming the best version of myself, inside and out ☺️

Just writing down my thoughts...This summer I went home to help my parents on the ranch (I graduated from college in may). I’ve been here since July. Promised my boyfriend I would visit him this weekend (he lives 5 hours away...I plan on moving in with him once I get a job there). Anyways, I didn’t go. Promised him I would come visit him on September 1st...now I’m debating whether I want to go then. I know I absolutely have to be there on his birthday September 15...but deep down I’m terrified to go out for his birthday...I’m ashamed of how I look, and I’m scared of the extra calories from going out to eat/drinking alcohol. Saw a picture on my moms phone that she took of me while I was painting her patio furniture and I was absolutely horrified at how I looked. For the first time ever, I’m embarrassed for my boyfriend to see me...I’ve been dating him for three years.::

Fell off the wagon last night... started off with a fun sized candy bar, then I dove right into a small bag of SunChips, then chocolate milk... I was extremely tempted to not add them to my food log...but I knew that I had to or else I would be cheating myself. Thought I would wake up today feeling awful. But instead I woke up, brushed off thoughts of the night before, and felt really excited to tackle today. Went outside to the garden and picked some fresh green beans and tomatoes...it’s almost as if my body is craving healthy foods today. Anyways, just wanted to share my thoughts!
