Just a thought that I feel the need to write down:
There is a secret to weight loss...and I’m about to tell you all what I’ve found that secret to be (in my case)...
*drum roll please*
...the secret to weight loss is...getting a job. Plain and simple. Throughout college I had two sometimes three meals a day with unhealthy snacks and calorie loaded coffee drinks in-between classes. Late night fast food, energy drinks at the library, and incredible amounts of beer on the weekend.
Fast forward to a couple months after graduation -> I’ve found a job that am in love with. A job that keeps me running around all day. I no longer turn to food for comfort or eat just because it’s noon or 6 pm. I now only eat when my stomach growls. I always pack dinner (never fast food), and if I’m not hungry, I leave it in the fridge for leftovers.
Just a thought that I wanted to share...anyone else have the same experience? If not, what has been the one thing you have felt has worked best for your weight loss journey?
