Good day yesterday, because I was too busy to eat.
Breakfast 200ml fat free yogurt / 25g muesli
Lunch tuna / tbsp mayonnaise / cucumber / tomatoes
Snack small banana
Dinner 75g beef / cucumber/ tomatoes / honey and mustard knorr salad dressing
