Walked 5.7 miles today. Not all at once, some in the morning and more in the afternoon. Weather was absolutely awesome in Las Vegas today. Mid 70's, no wind, and clear blue skies. It has been a very warm winter this year; averaging 18 degrees above normal. Hard to imagine it is snowing or freezing somewhere else. Pollen has been extremely hard this winter because of the warm climate and recent rain. I never had allergies, but experiencing some congestion in the evening hours.

I had breakfast before i weighed myself this morning. Not sure it makes that much of a difference but the real scale for me is my waistline because I know with all the walking I have put on a lot of muscle in my legs. I lost another notch on my belt this week.

Found $800 dollars in a parking lot on my morning walk to my AA meeting. This is not the first time I have found money in a parking lot outside this small Casino/bar, but it was the first time I found this much.
I gave some of it to a new AA member who needed new clothes for his new job and donated the rest to our club's Sober Living Home that helps recovering Alcoholics. I have a feeling the person who got drunk and lost the money might seek refuge there one day.
