So I am finding if I keep Fat Secret up as an active tab on my browser, It is much easier for me to pop over and mark down what I've put in my mouth.

Just watched Food, Inc. Movie. I had no idea CORN was in my diet soda. No wonder! Looks like this will be the last soda I have for a while. I need (and wanted to) cut it out completely for a while now. Just seems I've transferred the addiction to Sobe's LifeWater. It has Pure Via in it, which they claim is a natural sweetener. I need to do some looking up of this. I do feel bad about all the bottles I am using up just to drink it. Just need to find a place where I can recycle the bottles since our trash people won't pick up at our location because there are more than 5 units here. WHICH IS RIDICULOUS.

I find myself lacking in the journal part. I look at my FatSecret link all the time. I think about journaling all the time but something distracts me and I forget to do it. Part of it may be because I feel like I'm eating crappy foods and I'm ashamed? *shrugs* not sure.

This is a new week. I had a long talk with myself this morning when I was trying to fall back asleep. I broke off a bad habit from myself yesterday, so I feel like this is a good "Starting new" point.
