I start the 90-day challenge at the gym on the 22nd. Every month I will be checked to see how much body fat & muscle I have. I've got to keep going coz 49% body fat is a LOT. That has made me disgusted with food, and with what I have done to my body. No more. I AM definitely in this to change my life.

Happy day buddies! Woke up, got to the gym, ready for another healthy day. I'm praying I can break this plateau & lose something this week. I feel so MUCH stronger in the gym, it encourages me to see the same crew at 5am pushing hard in the morning.. All the hard work that goes on in that gym will pay off. It MUST. The science tells us that calories in must be less than calories out. There is no way I can keep doing this for a year & not lose weight.. Success, here I come.

Started my day off by making my wish list of healthy cookbooks I would love to own. dragged my feet to get out of bed this morning, but I did it. Woke up at 3, and spent 2hours on blackberry messenger with my honey in bed then headed to the gym. 600calories well burnt. Now its time for the pedometer to add to that. Have a healthy, happy day buddies n' all!
