this weekend was a big blurr. I didn't overdo it, but I found that it was too much stress to write down everything I ate. I now want healthy habits to just be a part of who I am so I can feel like I am living life normally like everyone else. I love Jenny Craig, but gosh is it expensive! I bought the biggest loser 100 simple swaps to a healthier lifestyle book on amazon this weekend. I cant wait to get it & start making some good changes around the house. I am encouraged. Never to give up...

I reaaaaally need my FS buddies today. I have been sick all week, can't keep anything down. As a result, have been too weak to work out. Today is my first day back to normal healthy eating. I'm scared I gained. I dont want to lose the motivation to gym because activity is a crucial part of this process... Hanging in there but reeeally struggling!

weigh-in day is always nerve wracking for me. This time though, not anymore. I'm being healthy, that's enough for me. The stress of the pounds & stuff wont bother me anymore. Happy friday healthy peeps!!

I look at my chart daily so I can see where I have come from, and so I wont forget... This week I have developed a relationship with a new machine that I believe is going to change everything for me. Allow me to introduce the treadclimber. I'm burning 100 calories in 5 mins, & I am sweating to no end. I feel my thighs burn & I think this is just what I need to improve my numbers.
