First day back at work today and feel really tired. My meal times were completely off- no breaky, a mango frappacino to wake me up midday, cabbage for lunch, and rushed home to fit in an hour workout and 60g of protein in one meal 😞 feel bloated and tired

First evening jog in Beijing post quarantine and another self-imposed-self-isolation week of writing - absolute luxury to get outside for an hour, and feels so great to get over 2 hours of exercise in today + 10 hours of research/ writing 🥹

Managing diet for fat loss, fasting to keep insulin resistance in check and sugar cravings down, monitoring adrenaline spikes during exercise, work and study is a FT job!!!
