Didnt do great in Cycle 2 so I will do it over before I move on to Cycle 3. Got my gym member ship back man I missed that steam room! Workout today was great.

Cooking for the week today Turkey soup with lots of veggies, mustards, spinach, ground turkey patties, fish, limas, brown rice and yams. Goal stick to eating n exercise plan 100%
