ok so for those people asking me about converting steps to swimming vice versa...
"Convert your exercise minutes into steps! Simply multiply the number of minutes you participated in an activity by the number of steps indicated in the chart. Note: All conversions are estimates."
Swimming, backstroke 181( =steps per minute)
Swimming, butterfly 272
Swimming, freestyle 181
Swimming, leisure 174
Swimming, treading water 116

I have also changed my RDI according to NHS and dropped it down to 2099cals
this should enable me to loose a few pounds a week.😀

so the tracker didn't really work well yesterday with swimming coz bluetooth lost connection.
so I am going to use it the same way I do when I go for walks, I don't have my phone with me but the tracker keeps record of my steps and then I can synching it with phone later. 😀

I'm going swimming later but I am going to use the walk activity in my veryfitpro app to see what it suggests.

according to NHS my RDI should be 2099 cals
