Hey does anyone else have this problem? I lose weight in my feet first. I now have to go buy new shoes (Not that I'm complaining) I just find it funny.

I had a rather good week trying to get into my workouts better this coming week. I feel better about my self knowing that the 20's I used to wear now have turned into 16's.

THis week was a little harder, I had friends in from out ot town and sticking to the diet although I did, was very hard. I lost less weight this week which I expected but still feeling pretty good over all.

This was a lot easier then I expected. I need to stay in the right frame of mind. I have a tendence to workout hard and then eat all wrong or vise versa. Remember your goal. I love a diet that you can have chocolate chip cookies and still lose weight. I know that this is the detox phase and the the 1st weight is the easiest to get off. But a year working out at the gym pretty regular didn't take off 10 lbs. Thanks to my husband for keeping me eating right and pushing my workouts.
