I started my cycle this week so I think I am doing pretty well not to get over the 196.

I don't know why but when I was working toward being under 200 and when I finally made it I was so happy and now even with Thanksgiving and my son's birthday gaining 2 lbs makes me so angry with myself. I am still under 200 but I want to lose not gain. I was watching Biggest Loser last night and they said not to ever use Soy Sauce. My husband and I use it at least once a day so we are going to try going with out it for a while. I know that I need to get off my lazy butt and get back to the workouts I just have no ambition these days and my elbow down to my fingure is still in such pain that most days to use it is so painful that I am almost in tears. Enough with all my excuses I just need to do it.

This has been a tough week I already have had two Thanksgiving feasts. I also quit smoking this week so I have been eating alittle more then I should have. Oh well, I will start working out next week. I am determined!!!!!
