Only 0,3 kg, about 3/4 lbs, that's a bit disappointing. Even though I knew this wasn't my best week. But with this being that time of the month, plus having been ill, it's still a step forward and I feel strong and fit. Looking forward to the step up Cardio Kick-Up! challenge and the Push Up to Fit up challenge, starting this weekend. Let's do this.

My kickboxing class was cancelled, and this was my worst deficit up until now. Still, a deficit is a deficit! Tomorrow, weigh in.

I'm not as motivated as I was... I'm having more and more sweets, and only going to the gym 3 times a week (and getting really bored there). Also I'm cheating a bit with my diary, I never entered my little trips from the house to do stuff before and now I am, to make up for lack of exercising. I suppose this is how I would normally like to eat and workout, so by the end of this week, if I lose weight or stay stable, that would give me hope I'm not going to jojo when I reach my goal weight.

So finally today I came down with the flu, but it's not too bad. It's not messing with my workouts and diet, but if it gets worse, I will skip the workouts and just go out for walks or some cycling to get some fresh air.
