Tomorrow lunch AND dinner in restaurants... Weigh-in this Saturday so don't blow it! I'll be a regular Kate Moss ("Nothing tastes as good as being skinny feels"), and just move some salad around on my plate. I'm joking of course.

Just re-entered hystorical weight values from my previous diet within my current diet. I've lost 5 kilos already since I'm here, but it didn't show on my ticker cause I switched diets halfway. Happy with my yellow/orange bar :)

LOVED yoga! That's a relief... I was in need of a new impulse. And with the 30 minutes cardio before + the bike ride, it's a great workout. So now I've got:
- 1 spinning class, or 2 if I've been bad with my calories
- 1 or 2 bodyshape classes by different instructors (cardio + weight training)
- 45 minutes swimming
- yoga + 30 minutes cardio
With these 5 workouts per week I can make the 5x per week cardio challenge without giving up out of boredom. I hope this way I will make it until my goal.

So swimming was really nice. 20 Laps in 45 minutes. But the repetitiveness makes me think this is not for me. I should try something new every week to keep it interesting. Most sports have free introductory lessons so it could be do-able, money wise.

Lucky me, it's ladies only at the swimming pool from 13.00 to 15:30. No excuses, let's go!

I missed my morning exercise class, with good excuse, but no more classes today so this means I have to do a workout on the machines... and I am getting so BORED with them that I zone out completely, instead of kicking myself into HIIT. I've been whining about this before, so I need to come up with another alternative then just not going. I'll call the swimmingpool, see if I can jump in today.
