I am happy that I am down and I am tring to stay on track I am down a little over 2 pounds and really thats not bad for a week I just have to keep reminding myself that this isn't like atkins where I will drop 10 pounds in a week this is going to be a slower process but it is one that will stick with me better. Atkins although I lost a lot and I kept it off for 4 years I also didn't relieze that I am not as young as I use to be and well now I am having gullbadder problems because of it. Even though I ate really well while doing it (low fat and low carb) I need a few more carbs and less cals and less fat.

well it was a heck of a weekend ful of food that I was temped on..........LOL I did really well until Friday night and I tried to make good choices which I feel I did I know that I went over on my points BUT I stoped myself such as 1 burger, a cup pf peanuts and a salad VS, that plus ice cream, chips and every thing else. I am hopeing that I lose at least 2 pounds but I wont lose hope I will just keep plugging away

I thought that I better write now since I will be gone this afternoon. I went over yesterday but only by a couple of points. I have found that if I put a wall up to what I am allowed to eat I want to cheat but if I am willing to give up this so that I can have that I do better. I hopped on the scale just to see if I am going in the right direction and well I am down 2 1/2 pounds then I was on Tuesday so I need to stay on track and exercise and eat right.
Cancer walk is tonight which for me is going to be hard they serve pizza and all this stuff that I know I shouldn't eat. I am planning to have as little points as I can this morning (around 11 points if I can) then bring snack chips That are 2 pts per bag. I will also get in around 3 hours of walking since we all take turns so that is a good work out in its self.
Now that I see that I lost a little it means that I know that I can do it if I follow through.

I went rock climbing and I didn't make it to the top and it was really hard because I had the kids at the bottom (under my feet the entire time) yelling at me and talking to me and all I could think about is that I am going to fall and smash into them. So I am now going to rock climb when they are at swiming lessons that way I can do it without the distractions of them.
I also froze some strawberries tonight and I love to freeze them with sugar but I froze 2 bags with slenda for myself and chad.
