Holy cow I messed up! I ate to scones and I didn't think that they were that high in pts I can tell you I walked another 3,000 steps over my 10,000 but that wont put a dent in what I ate.

Well I have already steped 3,000 and it is only 10:00 so I am planning to make it to my 10,000 mark today not to mention I am doing my 25 min video and I am planning to jumping rope to 100 WOO HOO

Well today is the day that I have my test taken and I am back on the diet. I am planing to weigh in next tuesday which is my weigh in day and hopeing to be the same 2 weeks ag0. I average about 7,000 steps a day right now so I need to push it to get to 10,000 steps and I found this 30 day sherd video by Jillian Michaels that I am starting today as well (I did it yesterday as well but today is my new start) according to the cover.......LOL I can lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days :-l I guess we will see I have no hopes that I will lost 20 pounds in 30 days. I am going to sound like a big huge downer but really the idea that all my weight can come magically off in 30 days just from following this DVD really isn't a real look at diet OR exercise. However I will take before and after photos and you can judge for your self. Chad however wants to do the 30 day shred as well but I have been down this road before with my loving hubby where he says don't do THAT work out until I get home but then he doesn't want to do it. So here is my secret I am going to do it while my daycare kids are napping as well as when he gets home........ that way when he bails on me I still have my comitment down!
We had a family photo taken with my parents and really it came at a wonderful time a year ago we had just lost my cousin Dawn to cancer (long battle very sad to see her go but nice not to see her suffer anymore) and 2 days later my dad had half of a lung removed due to having lung cancer, well we were not expecting it but he had a relapes in March and he had an exerimental proceedure done because it was on the same lung and he didn't want to lose the rest of it. Well it turned out that the meds that he was taken to keep his cancer that he had 18 years ago was/is no longer working so they took him off all of those meds, this is a HUGE problem for me it means that nothing is protecting him from the cancer coming back so we are using the prayer methods right now. I am greaful that also last summer I found out that I do not have the cancer gene that runs in my family which means that my kids wont have it as well. Well anyway this entry was WAY more info then anyone wanted to know.
Time to get healthy! The Time is NOW and I can do it and I will make it and I going to be down to my goal!

Last friday I got a call from the Dr office and they said that I passed my test to see if I have diabetes, however they want me to go off any type of diets that I am on and have another test this Thusday to see if my sugar levels go up. So for the next couple of days no diets or low fat or low cal or anything like that on a good note if my sugar level goes up it means that I can control it with diet.
I am working on working out.........LOL I got this pedometer so I can see how many steps I take during the day however I noticed yesterday that it doesn't pick up the steps when I do my work out videos so I am going to have to put in my work outs a little diffrent when I chart them. I would like to get to 5,000 steps and work my way up to 10,000 steps a day.
I will not be charting my food for the next week but I will come on here and chart my exercise and hopefully I wont gain.

I am going out for dinner tonight and we are going out for Chinese which I know is not going to be good for my waist line, so I am thinking I might have as little points and I can today to save up all my points and cals for tonight. I stayed on track yesterday and I know that I can keep doing it but that there are going to be nights like tonight where I am not going to be able to count points. For me it means more exercising tomarrow and staying completely on track for the rest of the week.
