ada yg kaya saya g sih rajin hiit cardio malah naik bb ny,,tp perut jd rata,,paha betis jd kenceng ..saya hiit cardio seminggu 3-5x seminggu..

ini dr april sm mei lg rajin hiit cardio berat badan mlh naik dr 46 k 47 dan stay az gitu d 47 tp penampakan kayanya sm az mungkin otot nya yg naik😊😊
