Continuing with the low-carb diet. It's gotten way easier to follow. Started going to the gym again finally, too. Having the active encouragement of good friends is more important than I ever realized. It's much easier to stay on task this time.

I actually went back up to 327 before this, but I wasn't even logging it. I had mostly given up. But a good friend of mine really encouraged me, and he's convinced me it's worth giving it a real try one more time. For real, not half measures.
