A little slower this time, but that's only to be expected. Went on my first cruise last week. I did well with the food, but I saved my cheating for drinking. That'll get you, too. I'm happy to still have a decent drop despite the vacation!

"Weight loss is not linear." Just have to remember that. The last few weeks have been great, but I have to be ready for a few not-so-great weeks as well. Keep calm and stick to the plan. It's been working so far!
