Cooked shredded salmon, sautéed chayote, and salted duck eggs.
I started to notice for the past almost 3 weeks I eat fish for at least 2-3/week the skin on my face starts to glow and looks so elastic. Collagen from marine animals is real, in deed! 🥰❤️

Air-fried whole pompano seasoned with fish sauce and ground black pepper w/ slices of ginger and red onion filling on its belly, chicharon (fried pork skin), and boiled bok choy 😋🥳
The pompano was so juicy on the inside and the taste was so buttery.

For my lunch lunch today I didn’t measure anything like I usually do with my everyday meal. I’ll just eat freely but with limitation on course! I have here the toppings of pizza and boiled lettuce for fiber 😊 #rewardday

Airfried boneless milkfish with grated garlic clove and ginger, and a drizzle of vinegar with butter and cheese on top. (The little square burnt on top is the cheese 😅)
