Been really upset lately trying to figure out a way out of my rut! Its the same old thing. I know what i should be doing... but just can't get started. Tired... have no energy... etc.
I really really want to take this weight off, so i'm going to try really hard to take some baby steps in the right direction this week.

I haven't been trying at all. I fluctuate between 178-183. On the 178 days I am so excited.... but my weight always ends up back where it was... or higher. I'm drinking too much alcohol in the evenings and weekends, which is just empty calories. I'm NOT even trying to exercise...........which i've always tried to do at least walking and arm weights. Haven't been in the gym forever ---- and my eating habits are awful. I have no energy..........and can not get motivated to change. UGH!
