I decided last night on a complete whim/spending money spree that I was going to try Alli. I don't even know if I qualify to do it because I think you have to be overweight, but I decided to buy it and try it anyhow. I just feel like I needed something else. I don't know, maybe I even just wanted to switch things up. I get bored pretty easily. Has anyone on here tried Alli? I'm curious to know your thoughts on it. I will log my experience with it as well. Today is Day 1 and I took it with breakfast. I have a 20 day supply and hope to make it through the next 20 days with no binging!

Hey FS Friends ... I need your help. I've been doing really good the past 3 weeks, but I'm beginning to feel my self control slipping and I don't want to enter into a binge session where I can't stop and end up waking up with my body aching all over from all of the sodium or sugar or whatever it is that makes me feel that pain. Please help me to get my self control back and continue on my journey. I'm so close to hitting my goal ... 9 more lbs. If I binge ... I'll set myself back like 2 weeks and I don't want to do that ... Help ... SOS!

Went to a new BBQ place in town and did a WONDERFUL job! I got a grilled chicken salad and made it bunless. For my side, I chose a garden salad and took off the croutons! I did have 2 bites of jello and 9 peanuts, but I felt I deserved those for doing soo good. I did also dip my chicken in some sauce, but again, I'm sure that was better than eating that big 'ol buttery bun! Yay me!
My co-workers just said that I am looking really skinny and I shouldn't try to lose any more weight. I told them thank you and said that I'd like to lose at least 9 more lbs and they looked at me like I was crazy and said I would disappear. I do look good and I am happy that I look good, but when I put certain outfits on I still have a little bit of belly hanging over. It's not my imagination, it's really there in the mirror in front of me. Once I hit my goal I will maintain. But I know that for my heighth 5'2 ... 109 is still healthy. Question is ... does my body feel the same way ... hmmmmm
