Went on a hike yesterday - 6 miles in 2 hours 15 minutes (roughly as I stopped to sightsee a few times) to establish a starting point. Will continue to do the same hike on the weekends (give or take some weeks due to weather) and gauge improvement! It’s nice to move outdoors verses my stationary cycling during the work week :).

Changing my weigh-ins from daily to weekly. I have been getting defeated seeing the weight creep up .1 by .1 certain days despite being within calories and moving more. Weekly should be a bit more encouraging.

We were invited up to stay with my boyfriends parents in their cabin for the holiday- I've been guessing at the calories because I don't want to be rude nagging them about the measurements of everything used (probably higher than I'm hoping) but I'm trying to be conscious about portions as best as I can. Back to the grind on Tuesday!
