Although I've gained weight (4 lbs) my clothes are fitting looser. I am exercising regularly, so this could be weight from muscle mass. Don't know.

I haven't been paying attention to what I eat. Even though I am not out of control, I do eat things I shouldn't from time to time.
Starting today, I will be more attentive to my diet.

I have not been 100% on target with what I eat, but I am doing okay.
I am still working with trying to not eat crunchy, salty snacks (Doritos, Tostitos, Fritos - any of the "o-s). I am getting better at resisting, but when I am hungry and have to have something to tide me over, I gravitate to salty snacks. The next time, I will grab some nuts.
At any rate, I think I am doing well.
