not bad but should be down more at least.6 need to walk, almost done the year end. today and tomorrow and it is finished!! yeah!!

getting closer to the goal. eating around 800 cal a day and did a few walks this week. the pressure at work is almost gone. one more week and weekend it is done. thank the Lord for His help in this.

no exercise this week just watch what I eat. I am in a crunched at work and other area. but this is good that the weight when off.

battle the weight. hopefully this time I will keep it off. not sure if walking 4 km or more is necessary, i have only walk 6 miles 9 km once on saturday for the whole pass week. I have to revised this stand.
