I have come to a phase where it is a struggle to go down . hopefully I can find the trick to keep going down. only 6 lbs to reach my goal.

it took a while to get back on the groove. I made excuses and why it was important to eat such and such a thing and to overeat. right now I am very happy that I won this battle. now to reach the goal

such a journey!! better to clam down on the cheese and chocolat!! there is no pressing matters so I will from now on be more careful. and not walking is not helpful. so better time next time!!
