aku lg coba makan tinggi protein, sehari dada ayam 250-350gr kebanyakan ga sih? aku grill atau masak ga pake minyak. kadang tambah tahu tempe telur, ga makan nasi jg, makan jagung ubi atau kentang 100gr. sisanya buah sm sayur. ini too much ga ya?

hari ini cheat day kelebihan 400kal. sekali2 boleh lah yaa. plus hari ini ga sempet workout huhu.

aku IF 18:6, makan dikit aja udah begah banget. makan dada ayam telur tahu makin kenyang. dipotong olahraga 1jam. jd makan cm 5 jam, ga bisa masuk banyak. kadang 1000kal atau 1100kal udah begah banget. gimana ya caranya biar tetep cukup kalori harian nya?
