Comecei a fazer caminhada há 3 dias. Desde então não perdi uma grama, na verdade aumentei 400 gramas, mesmo fazendo jejum de 18 horas e estando em déficit calórico. :(

2 ovos fritos sem oleo
salada de alface e rúcula, pepino, tomate e pimentão verde.
Aproximadamente 300 calorias.
